  Capital Payroll and Nick are so great to work with! They are responsive, provide necessary materials that keep our business on track and informed of the changing Department of Labor requirements and provide guidance on any and all of our payroll needs. I've even asked for recommendations for other business-related needs that did not fall in the purview of payroll, and they were able to lead me in the right direction. The payroll software is easy to use, and even when I do have questions regarding a process, Nick explains things in a simplified and understandable manner. Would highly recommend!

  My company has been with Capital Payroll for almost 5 years.  Their customer service is extraordinary.  All of my questions are handled promptly (usually within the hour) and they are more than happy to assist with special pay runs or handle problems setting up a new employee.
